Posted Apr 24, 2024 11:35 AM

From USD 428 Education Foundation...

Construction on the NEW Little Panthers Preschool at 1809 24th St. is wrapping up nicely! As we prepare for the move-in and anticipate classroom furniture on June 15, we want to extend one last opportunity to financially support this effort.

There's still time to get involved!

Pledges will be accepted through May 1, 2024, so that USD 428 can finalize the donor wall, and begin preparations for a community celebration & open house on August 1 from 4-6 pm.

Classroom Sponsors:

  1. The University of Kansas Health System - Great Bend Campus
  2. Dan & Alicia Lear, & family
  3. McCown Gordon Construction
  4. First Kansas Bank
  5. USD 428 Education Foundation (sponsoring 2 classrooms)

Little Panthers Preschool Donors:

  1. Dr. Perry & Krista Smith
  2. United Way of Central Kansas
  3. The Children's Fund
  4. Bauer Pike Law

The USD 428 Education Foundation is pleased to announce the launch of a capital campaign to support the Little Panthers Preschool expansion and the 13 classrooms that will open in August of 2024 to accommodate up to 288 students, ages 3 and 4 years old.

Contributions of any size make a difference. A donation of $10,000 will sponsor an entire classroom for decades of learning! There are already 200 students pre-enrolled to attend Little Panthers Preschool this fall... with room for more!

You may be asking... "How will my donation be used? "
