Two accused of selling fentanyl and cocaine from Kan. home

SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating two suspects on multiple drug allegations.

On March 21, members of the Topeka Police Department Narcotics Unit served search warrants in 3300 Block of SW Mayo Avenue in Topeka related to an ongoing investigation, according to Police Lt. Ronnie Connell.

While conducting the search warrant, officers located fentanyl, cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and firearms.

As a result police arrested 33-year-old Donald Davis and 54-year-old Anna Garza both of Topeka.

Davis was booked on requested charges of  Distribution of fentanyl, Distribution of a cocaine, Distribution of marijuana, Possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Unlawful use of a telecommunication facility, Felon in possession of a firearm, Drug tax stamp., Unlawful to acquire proceeds from drug transaction,  Battery on a law enforcement officer, Interference with law enforcement and Driving on a suspended driver's license.

Garza was booked on requested charges of Distribution of fentanyl,  Distribution of a cocaine, Distribution of marijuana,  Possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, Possession of drug paraphernalia,  Drug tax stamp and Possession of marijuana.
