Drug trafficking arrest made on Heizer St. in Great Bend

On Wednesday, April 17 at 3:11 p.m., officers of the Great Bend Police Department responded to a residence located at 1608 Heizer Street in Great Bend in reference to the execution of a narcotics search warrant. The warrant was stemming from an ongoing investigation involving illegal drug trafficking.

Great Bend Police detectives and patrol officers made entry into the residence and apprehended Caden Knoblauch, age 26. During a thorough search of the residence, detectives located substantial amounts of methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and items related to distribution of illegal drugs.

Knoblauch was arrested and transported to the Barton County Jail. Knoblauch was booked on charges of distribution of meth, distribution of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no drug tax stamp and theft of services. Knoblauch was booked in lieu of a $100,000 cash surety bond.
