Non Injury Accident

At 7:35 a.m. Cayla Robison at E K-4 Highway & NE 160 Avenue reported a vehicle versus deer accident. No injuries.

At 7:46 a.m. Mark Hlavaty at W K-4 Highway & NW 110 Avenue reported a vehicle versus deer accident. Deer is out of the roadway. He left the scene but will return.

Extra Patrol

At 2:58 p.m. Andrew Jones at 262 NE 20 Road reported someone has been coming onto his property. Tire tracks are backed up to the boat. Would like extra patrol.

Non Injury Accident

At 4:29 p.m. Harold Burnett at K-96 Highway & NW 30 Road reported a vehicle versus deer accident.


At 5:35 p.m. Verizon Wireless at 509 N. Charles in Claflin reported a female having a seizure.

Non Injury Accident

At 6:16 p.m. Rachel Manley at SE 20 Road & SE 105 Avenue reported a vehicle versus deer accident. No injuries.

Signal 3 / Signal 4

At 11:43 p.m. Judy Schartz at 105 W. E Street in Ellinwood reported her son had a gun to his head that her daughter had to take away. She also found a suicide note. He left in a black 4-door truck.

Warrant Arrest

At 9:58 a.m. at 1801 Baker Avenue Michael Mills on a warrant was booked at BTSO in lieu of bond.

Criminal Damage

At 10:23 a.m. Curtis Hickel at 2200 32nd PL reported a broken window of a 1999 Chevy pickup.

Traffic Control

At 11:14 a.m. Misty Parker reported Robert Olivier was westbound on 24th and struck Velma Conway’s vehicle which was northbound on Main. Conway rolled ¬†and was transported to GBRH where she was treated and released.


At 1:28 p.m. Robert Riegel at 1013 Jefferson Street reported someone entered his house and took 40 hydrocodone.


At 3:16 p.m. Linda Boone at 5220 24th Street reported a tank on fire. It was put out by GBFD.

Warrant Arrest

At 5:41 p.m. at 1411 2nd Street Darrin Walker on a county warrant was booked at BTSO in lieu of bond.


At 8:48 p.m. Carmen Abiles at 221 Frey Street reported Yesenia Gonzalez being battered by her husband Andy Ponce-Salas. Case taken.
Follow up: Ponce-Salas was arrested for battery DV. Ponce-Salas was transported to Barton County Detention Center and booked in lieu of bond.

At 9:04 p.m. Jesus Flores at 1418 20th Street reported a battery. Case made and sent to city attorney for review.
