At 8:21 a.m. David Adams at 552 SE 30 Road reported someone was at his house last night and that his house was broken into last week.

Burglary / In Progress

At 11:56 a.m. Celcia Disel at 317 Township Road, Pawnee Rock reported receiving a call from an unknown number telling her that someone was in her residence in Pawnee Rock. Two females are at her house.


Burglary / Not in Progress

At 9:41 a.m. Tish Warren at 170 School House Road reported her vehicle was broken into last night. Items missing.

Shots Fired

At 9:06 p.m. Joseph Lopez at Fruit Street & 2nd Street reported a Lexus on the corner of 2nd & Fruit and heard gunshots. Heart it three times.


Missing Person / Juvenile

At 4:55 a.m. Michelle Benevidez reported getting into an argument with Mark Benavidez. Mark exited the vehicle on foot, no phone. Michelle initially left, but went back to look for him. Looked for 45 minutes then went home to Chase. Believes Mark started at NE 90 Avenue, unknown if he got on that road. She advised he started as the driver, she was not paying attention to road or direction of travel. Mark is a 36-year old white male weighing 210 pounds and is 6’1″ with brown hair and brown eyes.


At 3:30 p.m. Natalyn Howard at 604 SW 20 Road reported a plugin caught on fire. It’s no longer on fire but just wants the house checked.

Signal 3 / Signal 4

At 7:06 p.m. Mile Jackson at 195 Cougar Drive reported his wife Amanda Jackson has 9MM Glock threatening to commit suicide. No clue where she is in the county. She told him she put a gun to her head. Last seen at home. Miles said she has done this before. She continues to make threats to herself.

At 11:10 a.m. Hoyt Kratzer at 3001 Morton Street reported MaKenna Lewis reported being battered by MaKana Lewis. NTA signed.

Lost Property

At 11:25 a.m. Elisa Madrid at 1217 Williams reported losing her 2014 decal. Case taken.

Emergency Road Repair

At 11:37 a.m. Deb Marks reported Robert Zahn was driving westbound on 9th making a left turn onto Morton striking her vehicle, which was legally parked facing northbound.


At 2:48 p.m. there was a report at 607 Holland Street of a stolen 1989 Ford F150. Vehicle was located in the city and returned to the owner.

Aggravated Assault / Battery / Criminal Damage

At 3:01 p.m. Brandon Hill on 8th Street reported Benjamin Bruce hitting him with a bat. Bruce was contacted and advised he was defending himself due to Hill pointing a gun at him. Hill was arrested and booked in lieu of bond.

Warrant Arrest

At 4:44 p.m. an officer arrested Leeann Vlachos on a south Hutchinson warrant. Vlachos was booked in lieu of $500.00 bond.

Domestic Battery

At 6:06 p.m. Michael Mills at 1801 8th Street reported his ex-girlfriend Samatha Ekberg hitting him.


At 7:01 p.m. Maria Hernandez at 420 Locust Street reported a subject keying her vehicle.


At 11:08 p.m. Joseph Butts at 3709 10th Street reported Mark Moore hitting his vehicle on purpose. Case taken.

Found Property

At 11:10 p.m. there was a report at 2509 Cheyenne Drive of finding a pill bottle with marijuana in the back yard. It was booked into evidence.

Burglary / CDTP

At 11:37 p.m. Alexis Whipple at 2717 28th Street reported someone breaking into her residence and stealing her keys and wallet.


At 1:49 p.m. Diane at 1206 Polk Street reported Jorge Aguilera battery DV and he was booked at BTSO in lieu of bond.

Emergency Road Repair

At 3:12 p.m. Kevin Hammeke at 4209 10th Street reported an unknown white truck going an unknown direction and struck a vehicle that was parked.


At 6:25 p.m. Laura Straub at 315 10th Street reported a theft of a tag KS PDG242.


At 6:40 p.m. Tanya Slack at 209 Maple Street reported her sister Jennifer Hernandez was harassing, no threats.

Traffic Control

At 8:25 p.m. officers were called to the 2200 block of 281 bypass in reference to an injury accident. A woman was found on the side of the road with injuries. She was transported to GBR with inuries and then transported to Via Christy Hospital.


At 8:46 p.m. Ryan Streck at 4107 10th Street reported Benjamin White shoplifting a memory card. NTA signed and served.


Found Property

At 12:56 a.m. there was a report on 19th street of finding a bag containing miscellaneous paraphernalia.

Assist Motorist

At 2:51 a.m. at 1400 block of Stone Street an officer arrested Aaron Owen for DUI.

Check for Warrants

At 3:00 a.m. at the 1400 block Stone Street an officer arrested Michael Beagle on Saline County warrant.


At 9:53 a.m. Brenda Kilogre at 3502 10th Street reported a burglary and theft of cash and Cokes products were stolen.

Emergency Road Repair

At 10:18 a.m. Larry Hinderliter at 1226 Harrison Street reported a hit and run.


At 11:54 a.m. Jorge Aguilera at 1206 Polk Street reported a theft of a vehicle. It was civil. It was taken by wife Diana Prado.

At 4:42 p.m. Melody Bittel at 3503 10th Street reported a theft of a purse from the vehicle.

At 10:35 p.m. Amy Mansur at 219 Elm Street reported someone stealing miscellaneous items.

At 11:19 p.m. an officer at the 1000 block of Odell Street an officer arrested Tina Naugle on a BTCO warrant.



At 1:31 a.m. Dayton at 2006 Main reported someone breaking the glass in the door.
