Barton County Sheriff Candidates Speak at Local Political Forum

Last night in the Crest Theater in Great Bend was the League of Women Voter’s local Candidate Forum, giving the public the chance to hear what many of the local candidates up for elected positions have to say. The three Barton Sheriff’s candidates spoke, starting with incumbent Sheriff Greg Armstrong.

Also running for Barton County Sheriff is current Barton County Sheriff Lieutenant Brian Bellindir.

BELLINDIR-OF BARTON COUNTY by Matt Unruh

Richard Unrein is also running for Barton County Sheriff, who has past worked for the Barton County Sheriff’s Department, with over 20 years of law enforcement experience.

UNREIN-OF ALMOST 20 YEARS by Matt Unruh

The primary election for Barton County Sheriff is August 7th, with early voting already open.
